AESTHETICS STRENGTH ACCEPTS RETURNS, ON ALL ITEMS RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
If you are not happy with your order please return the items in original condition within 14 days of placing the order. Depending on your instructions, a refund or exchange of the item will be made.
We will give you the address to ship it back to once you have contacted us, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order number, full name and the reason for return.
Do NOT send back the item to the address stated on the envelope and/or the label of the package you have received.
After contacting us, what is the procedure for returning items?
Please use your emailed order receipt or PayPal receipt and mail it back with your returned item. If not possible leave a note with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and what you would like changed.
Note: The items need to come back in original condition. We quality control check every item before shipping them to our clients. The following applies for returned items:
- ANY items which have been washed will NOT be accepted
- ANY items covered in animal or human hair will NOT be accepted
- ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund
- ANY items found dirty and/or to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour, etc.) will NOT be accepted
- ANY damaged items will NOT be accepted
Aesthetics Strength has the right to refuse a return should it not follow our returns guidelines.
Regarding all order cancellations please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped you will need to return the item/s to us.
The items sent back to us are your responsibility; therefore you must ensure your items are sent with a reliable and safe method. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I ACCIDENTALLY CHOSE THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE WHEN I ORDERED, HOW CAN I AMEND THIS?
Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend your order information. It usually takes us no more than 2 days to process your order, therefore please contact us as quickly as possible for any changes.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to make any amendments to the order. Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.

If in the rare circumstances your item seems to be wrong please contact us or email us at email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and a photo of what you have received and we’ll rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. We will inform you further on how to proceed with the return.
