Q: HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Q: I WANT TO BUY A PRODUCT BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT SIZE WILL FIT ME, CAN YOU HELP?

A: Firstly you can refer to our SIZING GUIDE on our website, if this is not able to help you then contact us or e-mail us at info@aestheticsstrength.com Please note that our team will only advise on sizing and the final judgement is down to the customer.

 

Q: DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

A: We ship worldwide to all countries! For Military addresses please contact us first.

 

Q: WHY HASN’T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET?

A: Depending where you are in the world, shipping delivery time can vary. Please wait until the time frames stated on our SHIPPING page are complete and if your order has still not arrived e-mail us at info@aestheticsstrength.com

 

Q: I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN I ORDERED, HOW CAN I AMEND THIS?

A: Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend your order information. It usually takes us no more than 2 days to process your order, therefore please contact us as quickly as possible for any changes.

Once the order has been processed and shipped to the initially stated address, we cannot make any amendments and cannot be held liable for you not receiving your parcel.

 

Q: I ACCIDENTALLY CHOSE THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE WHEN I ORDERED, HOW CAN I AMEND THIS?

A: Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend your order information. It usually takes us no more than 2 days to process your order, therefore please contact us as quickly as possible for any changes.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to make any amendments to the order. Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.

 

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Regarding all order cancellations please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be liable for the returning of the order.

 

Q: WHY DOESN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

A: Discount codes are only valid for a certain period of time, make sure you use them as quickly as possible to make sure you get discounted.

 

Q: THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE STOCK?

A: Items are usually re-stocked in a period of 21 days. In future we plan to have a better system in place with more stock available than what we presently have. We will announce re-stocks through our newsletters and Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ultimatestrength

 

Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

A: You can pay for your order by entering your card details or using PayPal.

 

Q: SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT MY PRIVACY AND PAYMENT DETAILS?

A: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. All transactions are processed through an external payment gateway provider that applies high security measures; these are not stored or processed on our servers. Q: WHAT ARE THE WASHING & IRONING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY ITEMS BOUGHT?

A: For maximum durability of your T-shirts & Stringers we strongly recommend the following:

  • Wash the garment inside out
  • Water temperature should not exceed 30Celsius/86Fahrenheit
  • Do Not Wring
  • Do Not Tumble Dry
  • Do Not use Chlorine-based bleach
  • If Ironing, cool iron the garment inside out (maximum temperature 110Celsius/230Fahrenheit)

 

Q: HOW CAN I SEND MY PHOTOS TO APPEAR ON YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE?

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSORED ATHLETE?

A: To apply for a sponsorship, e-mail us at info@aestheticsstrength.com or message us on our Facebook page. Please include a short description of yourself and what you could contribute; provide us with links to any images and/or fan pages/websites. Our selection process is tough; you’ll also be required to answer a questionnaire and your endurance shall be tested.
